We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from ProEdu. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@proedu.click with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges depending on stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Products
